Ready for the Audit, Buried in Spreadsheets
In order to participate in tenders within the field in which Level Software operates, ISO 27001 certification is necessary because of information security, among other things. Tanja de Haan, information security officer at Level, has been working with ISOPlanner™ on the process of achieving this ISO certification since June 2022.
Level Software had the documentation for the certification in order and was ready for the audit, but the information was not optimally digitized. Tanja worked mostly with Excel sheets and checklists, where entering and checking all the tasks was time consuming.
Help to Do It Ourselves
Word of mouth put Level Software in touch with ISOPlanner™. After a Teams session in which Ivar van Duuren walked through the possibilities, Tanja started the implementation, with the audit set for the end of October 2022.

Support in Five Minutes
The in-app support works well: send a screenshot of the problem and within five minutes an email arrives with the expected resolution time. When Tanja couldn't work out how to link two items, Ivar walked her through it over Teams and followed up with a video.
Next Stop: ISAE 3402
After ISO 27001 certification, Level Software and ISOPlanner™ plan to move straight on to preparing for ISAE 3402, a new project to tackle together.
