Task management in ISOPlanner™ allows you to create one-time or recurring tasks. The annual plan is a comprehensive overview of all your scheduled work. This includes advanced planning, follow-up and reminders.

Risk management in ISOPlanner™ involves recognizing and recording the risks relevant to your ISO standards. Risks are the possibility of future events that could have negative effects on your organization's goals for the ISO standards you are implementing. With a configurable risk matrix (2D and 3D), risk analysis reports, risk dashboards and easy overview of related controls and tasks, this module provides everything you need.

ISOPlanner™ provides out of the box dashboard that you can customize with 30+ widgets for easy overview of your compliance status. These includes frameworks, risks, tasks, policy read confirmations, Microsoft Secure Scores and other KPI's.

Microsoft Entra ID users and groups can be imported so your colleagues can login with their trusted Microsoft account. Dashboards can be shared with other teams and tasks can be easily assigned by quickly finding the right users and teams.

Create Outlook appointments from tasks for your colleagues with 1 click. This way you can schedule normal and recurring work upfront for the whole year if you want. With our certified Oulook app, users can finish the task directly from within Outlook.

Compliance tasks don't have to live somewhere else. With our Microsoft Planner integration, tasks can be synchronized so that everyone sees all their tasks in Microsoft Planner, including assignment notifications.

With this integration, you can show realtime Microsoft Secure Scores on your dashboards. Microsoft 365, Microsoft Identity, Microsoft Intune Devices and Devices exposure.

With our certified Power Automate connector, you can triggers workflows on events in ISOPlanner™ and perform many actions like managing tasks and assets. For example, when a high prio incident comes in, you can easily post a message in a Teams channel with a few steps.

Automatically check if all required users have MFA enabled and add the results to your compliance evidence. Conditional Access policies in Microsoft Enterprise ID are automatically checked for exceptions, so you do not have to manage exceptions manually.

Track your security status with Microsoft Secure Scores. Automatically retrieve the following Secure Scores: Microsoft 365 Secure Score, Microsoft Identity Secure Score, Microsoft Devices Secure Score, and Microsoft Devices Exposure Score. Secure scores are tracked over time.

Automatically assess the TLS/SSL status of your public websites with SSL Labs and add the results to your compliance evidence. You can configure multiple websites and define the minimum acceptable score. When a website fails to meet the configured minimum score, tasks are automatically created.
