Role based access control (RBAC)

Role based access control lets you define roles, assign teams and users to those roles along with permissions. These roles can be used to grant access to specific features and also to grant read / update / delete permissions to specific 'records' like risks, processes and tasks.

Document approvals

Document approvals are made easy with ISOPlanner™. Quickly see which documents need new approval. Create new approvals and tasks are assigned to the correct teams and colleagues. For complex scenarios, ISOPlanner™ supports custom approval workflows with Power Automate.

Supply chain management

ISOPlanner™ allows you to manage your supply chain by storing and maintaining information about your suppliers, related physical and information assets. Build custom forms easily with our form builder. You can create custom fields with various data types like text, numbers, dates, choices and more. User read confirmation for documents

Awareness is an important topic in many compliance frameworks. ISOPlanner™ covers this by letting users sign off policies they should be aware off. 3D-risk matrix configuration

Next to likelihood and impact (standard 2D matrix) you can add a custom 3rd dimension for risk score calculations. You might need this for specialized frameworks like ISO 13485 that requires a dimension for exposure.
