ISOPlanner B.V. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the ISOPlanner website (the “Website”) and the ISOPlanner application including related apps (the “Application”).

Before using our Application, you will grant us access to your organizations Microsoft 365 which allows us to read the information neccessary to operate the application. This includes but is not limited to:
- Organization name
- Tenant ID
- User names and email addresses
The Application includes an optional Microsoft Outlook Add-in to be used with Calendar items. This add-in only shows ISOPlanner-specific information that is related to a Calendar item and only transmits data about changes made to that ISOPlanner-specific information.
We will not access any more information than strictly required to operate the Application. We will not sell or otherwise share any information except when required by law.
Before using our Website or Application, we may collect publicly available information about you with the purpose of contacting you to inform you about the benefits of our Application.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Website of Application (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
