FAQ
What is the difference between a management license and a user license?
Management licenses are for people who actively participate in ISOPlanner. For example, they can create and modify risks and tasks. Each management license you buy includes a number of user licenses. For example, for the Business version of ISOPlanner, you get 50 user licenses for free with each management license.
People who have such a user license can be assigned tasks. They can, of course, handle those, including through Outlook. In addition, they can create new tasks via Outlook – for example, to report an incident or request new permissions.
Is trying ISOPlanner really free?
Trying ISOPlanner during the trial period is 100% free. After 30 days, your access will automatically expire. Your data will be automatically deleted.

Can I change my subscription later?
You can change your subscription at any time.
What is the minimum contract duration?
You can choose a monthly or yearly subscription. If you choose an annual subscription, you will receive a one-month discount on the subscription price. Additionally, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will have access to ISOPlanner until the end of your subscription.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes, the security of your data is top priority for us. With ISOPlanner, you work securely in the cloud and we of course comply with the AVG/GDPR legislation.

English, German and Dutch.
