Processes, Maatregelen and Requirements have a “PDCA status”, where the possible values are:
- Plan
- Do
- Bekijk
- Act
Use “Plan” when the item is not fully implemented yet.
Use “Do” when it is implemented.
Optionally use “Check” when the item is being inspected, although you may record this status implicitly by linking a recurring Annual Plan task to the item. That will also sufficiently register that the item was checked.
Optionally use “Act” when improvements are being implemented, although you may record this status implicitly by creating improvement tasks linked to the item. That will also sufficiently register that the item was actualized.
