Where to find it in ISOPlanner: https://portal.isoplanner.app/store/contentThe ISOPlanner store contains packages and services that may be relevant for your implementation of an ISO standard. A filter is available to only show items available in a certain language. There are two types of items in the Store: packages and services.
Packages #
Packages are provided by partners. The exact packages that you will see in the store may depend on the partner that introduced you to ISOPlanner. If you don’t see the packages you’d expect, please contact support.
One of the partners that provides packages in the Instant 27001 line is Instant Management Systems B.V. Find more information on https://instant27001.com.
These packages contain data that, when bought and activated, will become available in your ISOPlanner. Examples of data are risks, instructions for ISO requirements or controls and content for the implementation field for requirements and controls. Apart from data stored in ISOPlanner itself, packages may also contain documents that will be uploaded to your SharePoint and linked to from the ISOPlanner library.
It is possible that a package contains a full implementation of a management system, including everything you need to get certified in terms of documentation.
The following buttons are available for packages:
Order now
This will place your order, after you get the option to confirm or cancel. It will be handled manually. You will be contacted if more information is required to determine the right price of the package for you. The package price will be charged on the credit card used for your ISOPlanner subscription unless unavailable or otherwise requested. You will receive an invoice for the purchase and after payment the package will be made available for activation.
Activate
This will start the process of getting the content of the package in your own ISOPlanner environment. It will open a new window where you first get to choose your SharePoint site where you want content to be uploaded, if applicable. When you have selected a SharePoint site, a check will be performed on conflicting items – are there any documents to be uploaded which already exist on that SharePoint site?
If there are conflicting items, you may choose to check the box to “Skip all conflicting items”. When installing an add-on package to a starter package, it is normal that there are conflicting items, and checking this box is the right way to move forward.
Next step is to click the “Give Permissions” button. That will check whether you, as the person currently logged in, have the required permissions to upload the content to your SharePoint site. It may prompt Microsoft to request giving additional permissions to ISOPlanner.
When the permissions are checked, click the “Active package” button to proceed. It may take a couple of minutes. Wait with navigating to other pages in ISOPlanner until the activation is done and don’t close the browser window.
After activation, a summary of the installed content is shown. If you chose to skip conflicting items, which is normal when installing an add-on package, it will indicate that items were skipped.
Activated
For an activated package, a button called Activated is available. Click the button to get more information about the package and also the option to Reactivate.
Reactivate will try to install the package again.
Content such as the value for implementation fields for requirements and controls will be added again except if already present in exactly the same way as in the package.
For instant, if you made a change to the implementation field of a requirement, after reactivation the original content will be a appended to the field.
Risks where the name doesn’t exist yet, will be recreated. Documents that don’t exist will be added.
For controls and requirements, the name will be reset to the original from the standard.
The out of scope reason for controls will be reset to their original from the package, if it is present in the package. This will usually not be the case.
Services #
Apart from packages there are also services from third parties listed in the store. They will have a ‘More information’ button that will either direct you to a third-party website or, after confirmation, send an email requesting more information to the third party. ISOPlanner may receive a commission from the third party if you choose to purchase their services.
Services can also be shown in other parts of ISOPlanner, for example with relevant controls, as ads. In Settings – General, there is the option to disable ads outside of the Store.
