Most reports can either generated in Word or PDF format.
Is your report not listed? #
There is an option to file a request for creating a new report. Please be as specific as possible, and include a sample of the report you’d like to have.
With SharePoint integration enabled, there will be a “Settings” button on top of the Reports page. This button gives access to changing:
Output location #
All reports are placed in this folder, each in their own sub-folder with the name of the report. Each report is given a default name with date and time.
All reports are created based on this Microsoft Word template. You can customize the template yourself. For example, you can place a header, footer or cover page in your own corporate style. If you click on the ‘Place default template’ button, a sample template will be placed in the output location and selected.
Default settings for output and format #
For output, choose between SharePoint and Download.
For format, choose between Word and PDF.
Allow users to change the default settings #
With this option off, the default settings will always be used and cannot be changed while generating a report.
Keep Microsoft Word format after conversion to PDF #
With this option off, after generating the report in PDF format, the source Word document will be deleted.
